How do I return an item? RETURN POLICY √ You may return the rental instrument at any time. √ All agreements are based on a month-to-month contract. √You must return the instrument BEFORE the recurring billing due date. Packages received on or after the recurring billing due date will be charged an additional month's rent. √ You must return the instrument to the following address at your expense: IQInstrumentrentals.com LLC 215 Park St Ridley Park, PA 19078 √IF YOU RETURN THE INSTRUMENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE RETURN OF THE INSTRUMENT TO OUR OFFICES. √DO provide us with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. √DO NOT use the required signature option. If the package needs to be rerouted, the customer will be charged the rerouting fee. √ Upon receipt, an inspection will be performed. If there are any repairs needed, the repairs will be paid from the deposited amount on file. √ Payment of the deposit will be refunded within 30 days after account settlement. |
